Submissions are eligible for consideration in print magazines, digital wedding guides, online articles, or daily blogs. Our platform celebrates diversity, welcoming submissions of all types.

Photo Sizing & Quantities:

For real weddings, please provide a gallery of 150-300 professional-quality images. We may request the full gallery if more imagery is needed. We thrive on capturing the complete wedding story and intricate details. For other submission types, we value full galleries of high-quality photographs. Images must be hi-res or a minimum of 2048 pixels wide (TOP EDGE) in both landscape and portrait formats, with all branding removed.

Preferred methods of photo transfer include:

  • Pixieset
  • Pass
  • Pic-time

Please ensure settings allow access to the gallery, download of hi-res images, and no expiration.

Accepted, but less enthusiastically:

  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive

Please provide the gallery password and download pin if applicable. Make sure the gallery permits download of hi-res images and has no expiration.

If using Dropbox, label the folder with your company name and the couple’s, product’s, or work’s name – please avoid using “Chloe Nicole Weddings.”

Preferred Snippets:

We require a minimum of 150 words or 450 characters and welcome additional snippets from vendors or couples.

  • Proposal: Behind-the-scenes insights from the couple or photographer
  • Engagement & Bridal Sessions: Couples’ proposal stories
  • Real Weddings & Elopements: Snippets from the couple about their day
  • Styled Shoots: Inspiration and design tidbits
  • Anniversary & Lifestyle Sessions: Couples’ love stories and advice

Regardless of submission type, the following is essential for feature consideration:

Submissions must not have been previously published online, in print, or on competing platforms. We aim to showcase new and fresh content for our readers. Feel free to post on personal or vendor websites.

Approval from all contributing vendors and clients is required before submission.

Include a comprehensive list of all vendors and products. Vendor information should encompass name, email, website, and social media handles. Incomplete vendor listings will hinder acceptance. We value crediting small businesses and encourage proper acknowledgment for all involved parties. Often overlooked are accommodations, dress designer, dress store, men’s clothing, transportation, officiant, rehearsal dinner location, jewelry, invitations designer, and favors.

Response Time:

Expect to hear from our team within TWO weeks of submission via email. If you don’t receive a response, don’t hesitate to reach out. Your submission may not have reached us, or we may need a friendly nudge! If your submission isn’t accepted, please don’t be disheartened. Various reasons lead to denials, including submission frequency, season relevance, regional balance, aesthetic alignment, content volume, submission time, non-regional origin, and more.
